When you use our contact form, the details you enter — name, email, country, area of interest and message — are not stored on this website. The form opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message, and the details reach us only if you choose to send it.
If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send, along with your email address or phone number.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, scope and deliver services you ask for, and keep records of our business communications.
We do not sell your personal data or share it for third-party marketing.
Third parties
WhatsApp messages are handled by Meta under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Email is handled by our email provider.
The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which may log technical data such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site. Some images load from Unsplash.
If you become a client and use TradeEximOS (https://tradeeximos.com), data in that platform is governed by TradeEximOS's own privacy policy and terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client communications for as long as needed to respond, deliver services and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing monish.kumar@sagaraglobal.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.
